Cadets from across the country descended upon Sennybridge Training Area in Wales during mid August – with six members of Newbury Squadron amongst them.

Two cadets & four members of staff joined with 70 other members of the Air Cadets for a week of Fieldcraft Training on one of the UK’s biggest military training areas.

The week also included a days climbing & abseiling for every cadet, a number of night exercises, leadership & development training, camouflage & concealment, First Aid training & Casualty Simulation training.

An excellent week was had by all involved. And the cadets are now looking forward to their next opportunity to do Fieldcraft, sometime later this year.
