NCO Training
NCO Training is currently based on V2.1 of the NCO Competences.
Junior NCO (JNCO) Training
The current JNCO Syllabus equips potential NCOs with the skills required to act as a Section Commander on the Squadron. The syllabus includes:
- Discipline & Welfare
- Dress Regulations
- Conduct of Inspections
- Basic Drill Instruction
- Section Organisation
- NCO Responsibilities

Cadets interested in NCO Service should discuss the matter with their Flight Commander in the first instance. Current NCOs who wish to progress should arrange an interview with the SWO.
Senior NCO (SNCO) Training
